I survived Christmas. Sometimes, I wonder if I won’t. We did the whole chaotic family get-together on Thursday. Christmas Day, we stayed home and enjoyed a nice intimate family celebration where we lounged around in pajamas, snacked on sinful treats, and didn’t worry about a thing. That’s my favorite part. As an adult, I always find this huge whoosh of thank-God-the holidays-are-over hits me right about now. I think it is because we anticipate this special day, we plan for weeks, we rush to buy presents, and then it is over within a matter of a day.
Today, I am on to better and bigger things. I want to have my erotic shifter story done by New Year’s Day. I’m a little over half way done. I’m probably pushing myself, but I’m going to give it my best shot.
