Time for another Passion Party. Friends of ours flew off to Vegas a couple weeks ago and got married. That means, the new bride is having an all woman’s party thrown for her. This seems to happen every couple years for me, and it always fills me with a little anxiety. Not for the reasons you would think. I don’t become embarrassed over talking and viewing such sexual aids (well, unless my mother was invited too. lol) No, this trepidation comes from my first party I ever attended.

I had no idea that all the women attending the party would gather in a bedroom, strip down, and try on the sexy lingerie together and get each others opinion if they should buy the garments. Now, I’ve got you all thinking I’m shy about undressing and prancing around in skimpy clothes, right? Sorry…wrong. That’s actually the fun part. What happened to me years ago still causes me to break out in goosebumps and want to stay home.

You see, I wore a rather unique bra under my sweater that night and when it was time to strip down it seemed to get everyone’s attention. This was back before I’d seen anything on the market like this. It actually started out as a joke of sorts. Hubby’s idea…I’ll leave it at that. My bra was done rather basic…with a pair of scissors. The other women had a fit! A lot of them swearing they were going home to do some of their old bras like that. They couldn’t wait to show their husbands/boyfriends.

The funny thing is, I now see where you can buy already made bras like I made years ago with scissors. Check it out!

I don’t know what I’ll buy at the party. I love trying new message oils, and there is always room in the dresser drawer for some pretty, silky things. I do know one thing…I will wear the normal under garments that most women wear. At least, for this party night. lol
